Water is an essential thing to live. Most of the body weight is water. In an average adult, approximately 65% of the body weight is water. It depends on the body and age, like a newborn infant has 73% of body weight as water and in obese people nearly 45% which is very low and dangerous.

As most of the body weight is water, it is really important to maintain a level of the water in the body. If the water level goes down, then body suffers from various issues. Dehydration is the first thing that starts affecting human body and later results in headache, wrinkles, fatigue, stress, weakness, constipation, etc.
